Summary: Stay was so-so. Staff were friendly and great but our room had a sick smell upon arrival. We found a wet spot on the floor (by stepping in it) where someone had clearly thrown up as identified by the awful smell at the spot. While there was an attempt by housekeeping to clean it, it was clearly not enough. The hotel was apparently booked solid as they could not offer an alternate equivalent room, so we had to instead find something to do and leave the room for housekeeping to try again. Again, a valiant attempt however, the smell still wasn’t gone. We also put a towel over the wet spot to avoid stepping in it and by the time morning came, the towel had started to turn an orangish brown. Would have otherwise been a great stay, but the smell and wet spot right between both beds made for a not so great evening.

Summary: Bed was comfortable and everything was generally clean but the building and rooms are really run down. Wallpaper peeling, light bulbs burnt out, fraying carpet, dent in the wall and air system that wouldn't shut off. But staff was super friendly and helpful. .

Summary: Every staff member was courteous and helpful. Literally the only reason I didn't give 5 stars all around was that we weren't told to use our key card to access our floor so the first 2 elevator trips were slightly confusing. The room was very clean, the view was gorgeous especially at sunrise, and valet parking was a huge bonus.

Summary: Air conditioning in every part of the hotel was terrible. Room was subpar and tiny. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Summary: Housekeeping walked in twice. Luckily I was just working at desk. Smoke detector went off twice from shower? No fan in bathroom ? Location was good for what I needed

Summary: The thermostat was way too hard to figure out and did not work right, we had no air flow and it turned on maybe 2 times. We meet with 2 other couples that also stayed and they also had the same issue, and they had maintenance adjust their thermostat and it did not fix their problem. That is the main reason we won’t stay agin , thanks

Summary: We were incredibly disappointed with most aspects of our stay at this hotel, given that InterContinental properties are usually a cut above. The bathroom shower had hair and bugs in it, the wallpaper was peeling, the waitress at the restaurant actually snapped at us when we arrived, the thermostat had to be replaced twice, the bathroom lights were flickering, causing concern about the electrical system, and in fact there WAS a fire alarm (NOT a drill), during which the front desk staff had obviously not been trained to give directions and information to guests (after we had to run down 20 flights of stairs). I am not making this up! Worst of all, the rooms do NOT have their own A/C units, and the central system simply blows humid air into the room like a swamp cooler. The carpets were literally damp from the humidity, and we were very sweaty and sticky the entire time.
